Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
